Gianluigi Berini is the founder of More Than A Drop Foundation and acts as its executive director. He has expertise in project management and organization, finance, sales and marketing. Gian-Luigi holds a degree in Business Administration and Economy.
Nicola Spring has an excellent track record as a project manager with a strong commitment to social impact. She spent four years in Tanzania, leading the implementation of the hospitality school in Moshi and, since 2020, co-developing the new campus in Zanzibar. Her work in human resources, project management, and organization has been instrumental in empowering young women through education and vocational training.
